Diosmin is an agonist of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) and exhibits anti-proliferative and anti-inflammatory. Diosmin also reduces capillary hyperpermeability and expression of endothelial adhesion molecules (ICAM1, VCAM1).
