1.Food grade neutral enzyme:
Neutral enzyme can apply on animal protein hydrolysis with high AN%, high degree of hydrolysis and special flavor. It can also be used to produce HAP and HVP for high grade flavoring and food enhancer.Hydrolysis condition:50-55ºC, PH 6.0-7.0, 0.3-1% adding according to total meat.
Baking industry's application, can be used to produce high, middle and low grade biscuit with nice plasticity and extensibility. Keep clear shapely print pattern. Improve the product appearance etc.
Application condition:30-60ºC,most suitable temperature 42ºC, PH5.5-7.0,adding weight is 10-15g per 100kg flour.
Pharmaceutical industry: 1398 proteasehave strong ability to decompose mucopolysaccharide and get rid ofsputum, suitable to treat chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasia, cough and other respiratory disease. It have a good effect onpostoperative adhesion, decrustation and thrombophlebitis etc.
Feed industry: this protease can be used together withα-amylase, acid protease, cellulose and glucoamylase. Can widely used to feed the pig, poultry and fish. After adding protease into the feed, the feed can be decompose incertain degree towards artificial control the temperature, moisture, ph value and act time. The protease can directly add into the feed when in small scale feeding. After fully mixture, it can be used to feed the poultry. When mixture, pls. mix it in escalate way to make sure the protease is distribute equality. Usually the adding weight is 0.1-1.0% of the feed.
